Windshield wiper testing:

Independent testing was carried out on an acrylic windshield.

330,000 cycles with saltwater, letting it dry and crystallize every 8 hours and then starting it dry for a half hour.

The last hour was run with steel wool under the wiper blade.

 Result?

Not a scratch!

AcryliCo has made a huge investment in this technology. Application demands a class 10,000 or better clean room and rigorous temperature and humidity controls. There is an increase in labor over and above the actual cost of the coating but its well worth it!
